Refund policy

At Orvixst, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized products or final sale items, are not eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
